Concerning the 9/11 assault on the consulate in Benghazi, the crux of the issue during that tragic night is whether our military should have done nothing or should have tried to do something.
The president said he immediately directed that all actions be taken by our military to secure our personnel. Since then, he has made clear that he expects fast action when he gives a directive.
“You return everybody’s phone calls in 15 minutes,” Obama said at a news conference on October 31. “Whether it’s the mayors, the governors, county officials, if they need something, we figure out a way to say yes. . . . We leave no one behind.”
Secretary Panetta said General Ham, General Dempsey, and he unanimously agreed to take no action because they did not have enough information to place U.S. rescue forces in harm’s way. But if the president directed the military to take action, that is an executive order, not a request for the military to collect more intelligence.
The Pentagon is now leaking that it had no forces of any kind that could have helped inside seven hours — a different excuse than claiming a lack of information.

If things really go south for Zero on this we can expect these 30+ people to vanish in a tragic boating accident.
I think you are right to speculate on them using other ruses before this one and with their media accomplices, they've been able to pull it off until now. I just pray the truth will come out and that these evil people will be held accountable.
When the Koran was burned in Afghanistan by the US military due to prisoners writing in them and using them to communicate with one another, there was a lot of protesting and killing that followed. Two American officers were killed in an Afghan ministry building. One was a Lt Colonel who was described as “Afghanistan’s best friend.” There are a lot of articles on him and his work. His attitude and work remind me of Ambassador Stevens who was recognized as a friend to Libya among other Middle Eastern cultures. Anywho, here is an article on Lt Colonel Loftis.

If I were them, I’d be leaking and have my story given to my atty in case of a suspicious early demise. They are probably right to be afraid.

Note that the mob later found the Ambassador, then took him to the hospital,..doctors worked to revive him for reportedly 90 minutes around 1am local time, but nobody recognized him as the Ambassador until reported to US folks about dawn local time.
If there objective had been to kill the Ambassador and leave no survivors, far more violent behavior would have been observed and he wouldn't have been taken to the hospital. Guards who had shot on the initial attackers were wounded but not slaughtered.
In regards to the ex-SEALs, the watch officer normally when speaking to elite individuals wouldn't remove them from the scene, even if he had parallel friendlies en route. Instead, they would typically be told to observe or lend a helping hand as a sniper to reinforce the other friendlies. IOW, they are known to be capable of operating independently and are valuable resources, especially for eyes on target, to verify other reports.
IMHO, the limited number of fires in the morning ceasing after they had been eliminated, and their being told to stand down, vice render supporting verification, indicates they might have been targeted as witnesses by friendlies, rather than as collateral damage.

My Naval Colleges totally concur with you assumptions. They had to take out the loose-lipped bagman. All amateurs . Spiraling lie upon lie. Face the facts, Obama is sponsoring the brotherhoods jihad, forging together the caliphate.
Whatever it may be, whatever was going on, he was all in, he knew it was bigger than his campaign. He had, maybe, the greatest moment in any presidential campaign, ever. A BinLaden redo, the whole nine yards, 24/7 coverage right up to November 6th, of him ordering the mission to save the lives of 4 Americans. Real time rescue, guns blazing, he would have never looked back and we would be looking at President Obama for four more years. He stood down.

I’ve heard from a very reliable source that the Ambassador was raped with a bayonet. I’m hoping that happened AFTER they killed him. I’ve also heard he may have actually died of smoke inhalation.

I cannot relate to any mother that would support this incompetent Marxist America hater that caused their son to die needlessly. I wonder if she'll feel differently when the truth finally does come out in hearings and prosecutions take place.
