Last day to early vote here. Tennessee is not really a contested state, with Romney expected to easily carry. At 4:30 pm today, I'm standing in a line of over 100 people waiting to vote. Obama is toast.
I stood in a line in North Ga. the other day. A long line. One guy walked out of the voting office and walked by us as he headed for the door. The guy in front of me asked how long he waited to vote? The other guy replied that he had been waiting for four years.
ROFL and excellent! I have posted this to my Facebook account crediting you!
Wish I had been that quick today when someone asked me the very same question. LOL.
I also voted today. Had to wait in line for 30-40 minutes and people kept coming in behind me.
Wow. Where are you voting? I went to the Downtown West location a couple of weeks ago on Friday. It was busy, but the line was fast moving and I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
The local news reported that the line waiting to vote in Lawrenceville, GA, on Saturday was SIX HOURS long. The polls were open only one Saturday.
Clinton Highway/Schaad Road intersection. Line was around the block when I left. Total of an hour waiting in line and voting.
