my point is that by the time plugs could do anything, he would be having to move out of the white hut

I heard it back in April, I think, after I found his show thru FR.

Been refueling the generator from underground tanks. So much easier and safer than pouring liquids.

Another storm coming at us all, next week:

I’m peeling-off my rainsuit overalls, from refueling generator, so maybe that’ll help speed things up. LOL, but I doubt it.

WIsh I had that luxury. I keep 7 five gallon jugs, 5 gallons in the generator tank itself and a 10 gallon exterior tank that I patch into a splitter on the fuel line. I fill the jugs at the station and use them to fill both tanks with a giant funnel, all of course with nothing running and the fire extinguisher in sight.

It gets me through about 5 days.

Too many people have tried to refill with one running, and aren’t around anymore to talk about it. A splash guard is also a good idea for a hot machine. Best to let it cool down if you can.

Holy Carp that’s big! What are you running on that, a prison electric fence?

My Honda 6500 EH runs everything except the dryer and the old upstairs air conditioner. It’s so quiet the neighbors 18’ away don’t complain.

There are a lot of buildings, wells, panels, appliances, shops, tools etc on this 20ac complex. Including this business areas. Plus the underground “Family Safe Unit” draws power from this and the underground tanks. It has its own smaller, back-up generator even though this one is enclosed and well-secured. Much has now been shut down since closing the Farm Business op last Nov 1st. Better too much than not enough.
