I think that would be sarcasm and it would be an October surprise for Obama in the sense that virtually everything that's happened (less Obama's donor in California not turning in the jobless figures on time to give Obama a 7.8 % unemployment to blather about) in the economy in growth and joblessness, etc, has been something that has surprised the "experts" almost every month.
