Helping Bloomberg understand 'stupid'
Watts Up With That? ^ | November 1, 2012 | Dr. Roger Pielke Jr.

This cover today is making the rounds in the alarmosphere, where a single storm, a single data point in the hundreds of hurricanes that have struck the USA during its history, is now apparently “proof” of global warming causing bad weather.

(Excerpt) Read more at wattsupwiththat.com ...

TOPICS: Government; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections; US: New York
KEYWORDS: bloomberg; climatechange; cuomo; sandy
Bloomberg and Cuomo have taken leave of their senses, because the incidence of hurricanes striking the United States has actually decreased in the past century as the anthropogenic carbon dioxide contributed to the atmosphere increased and the world experienced natural changes in weather and climate. At a time when millions of people and their families are suffering as the result of a natural catastrophe, these politicians are using the catastrophe to lie to the public for cheap political gain.

Was the full moon caused by climate change? Was the huge low presure system that sucked Sandy onto shore and drew in all that frigid Canadian air caused by global warming?

I blame Canada for their gosh darn cold air that keeps flooding down here.

BLOOMBERG DISPLAYS EXTRAORDINARY POLITICAL GENIUS!!

Who knew Hizzoner had it in him....

******************

NannyMike_1

******************

Think about it...

MR. MAYOR PLANS AHEAD:...

(1)...As he takes extraordinary steps to really p*ss off most of the population of the Big Apple...
...by playing the "nanny-state" bully with their restaurant menus and fast food soda cups...

--THEN--

(2) Knowing it wouldn't HELP at all to endorse the Republican ticket...
....He uses his shrewd political acumen to decide-- TO ENDORSE OBAMA!!

MR MAYOR PLAYS THE "AFTER-THE-DISASTER" GAME WELL...

(3) In the aftermath of "Sandy" -- Doomberg pledges allegiance again to the demi-gods of man-caused Global Warming...
... And brazenly carries on with the NYC Marathon (taking resources from disaster relief to entertain the runners...?)

Furthermore and finally alienating anyone left in Gotham with a lick of common sense....

This is better than Ghostbusters II ---

(4) ....All that NEGATIVE VIBE he has ginned up during his term as mayor now hangs around the neck of the Obama-Biden campaign...
.... as an ENDORSEMENT of the DEMS!!

More anger-slime Nanny-Mike....
MORE SLIME!
MORE SLIME!
MORE SLIME!

BRILLIANT...
...FRICKIN' BRILLIANT POLITICS...

Well played, Mr Mayor...
Well played, indeed!

Who knew....???

/BIG SARC = OFF

Not to mention Hurricane Hazel 1954 and numerous other hurricanes since 1635. Will people in New York hold these politicians accountable for attempting to deceive them and use this natural disaster for fraudulent political gain?

Only an idiot or lying scumbag would claim that hurricanes are a problem during a period when the US is in the longest modern streak experiencing no major hurricanes (Cat 4 or Cat 5) striking the US mainland.
