I think he is aware of it... he tweeted a response about 15 minutes ago sitating Voter intimidation will not be tolerated. State of Texas is aware of it and appropriate action will be taken.

While wearing NAACP labeled clothing, members were "stirring the crowd" and talking to voters about flying to Ohio to promote to cast additional votes for President Barack Obama.

And here's one for you. If these illegal acts are sued and/or prosecuted in the way that they should, the NAACP will find that they don't have the resources to do what they really want but have to spend them defending themselves and trying to keep the responsible parties out of prison.

End result - this sort of illegal activity gets cut way down, if the law is enforced uniformly, including in districts having hotly contested elections. So, no waste of time at all.
