A professor at a public university recently denied Soviet Union Leader Joseph Stalin was responsible for the murder of millions, saying he has “yet to find one crime – one crime that Stalin committed.”
“I know they say he killed 20, 30, 40 million people,” continued Grover Furr, a professor in Medieval English at Montclair State University.
“It’s bullshit.”

The Black Book of Communism was written by French intellectuals who went into the Soviet Union and gathered communist party/government documents of Stalin’s murders. The book they wrote documents what they found. The commies kept maticulous historical records of their mass murders.
These researchers got in and gathered information fast after the Soviet Union fell before the governments had the chance to close access down. They were brave. Liberals have ignored this book.
Furr has been doing this pro-Communist indoctrination of students for many years with the full knowledge of the university. See:

Universities which support such people should lose all federal and state funding plus their accreditation.
How do you propose to preserve the 1st Amendment right of free speech for the truthful skeptics who find Climate Chnage to be a hoax and a fraud, if you deny the 1st Amendment right of free speech to the liars using lies in support of Communism and Climate Change alarmism?
Mind you, I’m not suggesting it cannot be done, but it is a difficult contradiction to resolve and requires specific solutions..

What you are talking about is called sedition. The so-called liberals repealed the sedition laws.Even if they had not repealed the sedition laws, how do you expect to keep one of their administrations from imposing their own interpretation of the sedition laws against their opponents such as Republicans, Climate Change skeptics, TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party members and attendees, Christians, anti-abortion voters, and capitalists?
