Missouri Democrats blame Kansas voter id law for suppressing Missouri vote
Kansas City Star ^ | 11/02/12 | David Helling

Missouri Democrats are worried — about Kansas. They fear messages bleeding over the border will scare some of their voters away from the polls. In particular, they’re nervous about a highly visible advertising campaign telling Kansans they’ll need a picture ID to cast their ballots this year. Pictures aren’t required to vote in Missouri, in part because Gov. Jay Nixon vetoed a photo ID law last year

This fairly cries out for a good satirical cartoon. Let the blaming begin!

I really enjoyed telling a KC Star salesman out in front of Wal-Mart the other day exactly why I do not and will not subscribe to their paper. I told him I don’t read or watch the left-wing agenda driven media. The salesperson tried to tell me the KC Star doesn’t have a liberal bias and is not partisan. I just looked at him in disbelief, shook my head, and walked off. He acted like he thought I was the ignorant one.

The only votes that a voter ID law supresses are ILLEGAL ALIEN votes.

For liberals, let me say that again:

illegal aliens

and again

illegal aliens.

Keep it up, dim-bulb-crats, you want CW-II, you’re gonna get CW-II. ‘Cept after we win this one, we don’t plan to be as generous as Honest Abe.

Let the border war begin. Let’s party like it’s 1856.

that’s not suppression. supression is preventing people from voting. just being too incurious to go to the polls is not suppression. These dolts don’t realize their candidate is not popular.

This is a little “out there”.. but I believe we are living in
a time that is very similar to the period between 1854 and
1860, when the Kansas Nebraska Act (which was supposed to
settle the question of whether new states would be slave or
free) inflamed the emotions of Kansans and Missourians over
slavery, and would - eventually- plunge the U.S. into civil
war. But it all started with the Kansas-Missouri border wars.

It’s just that now, this emotional boiler pot is nationwide
and slowly getting hotter.

And so it begins. DemocRAT lawyers are ready to descend on Missouri and other states like locusts beginning Wednesday morning, filing recount petitions, claiming Romney stole the election.

I’m from Kansas and am proud of our AG. He campaigned on opposing Obamacare mandates, cracking down on illegal immigration and the necessity of voter ID laws.

Also people who like dropping by polling places and picking a name off the register. "Yeah, I'm Ming Yao. Give me my ballot."

Like St. Louis, KC has a couple of precincts that wait until the vote has been counted in the rest of the state so they know how many fraudulent votes they need to inject.

LOL, they're looking to get it into Federal court.

They must have already picked a judge.

During the primaries, the more corrupt democRat won by just a few votes, and it was documented that he received more than that few from illegal Somalis.

From Ras today - the feelings toward 0bama are getting more and more polarized. The Strong Approves are way up as are the Strong Disapproves.

No matter which way it goes, there are going to be a sizable number of people mad about the results.

I hope to be the object of the “mad at” instead of the person who is “mad at” the other side.

There was an FR post a few days ago, stating that Obama has hired lawyers from all over the country to “monitor” voting......There WILL be trouble. Count on it.

"Bleeding Kansas"

Just in case we need a reminder that Democrats haven't changed much in 150+ years...

Republicans fought against slavery, and fought for all citizens to be treated equally. Men from Missouri crossed the border into Kansas, and stuffed the ballot boxes to make sure that candidates friendly to THEIR opinion would be elected. (See multiple voting today.)

Then the Civil War ended, and the Antebellum Amendments were added to the Constitution. Democrats invented Jim Crow laws, to once again treat people differently by race. (See Affirmative Action laws today.)

MO won't be close enough for 0bama to challenge. Saw a liberal poll this morning (had 0bamaclaire up +15) that showed 0 down 7. Best hope would be for the ads to keep vote fraud down in KC so Rep can win some of the closer statewide records.
