Yep, it was Bush’s fault. He was so inept that it took him until the last two months of an 8 year administration to kill the economy...</sarc>

the fact that this was even an exit poll question says alot about the questioner's bias. I also would like to know where these polls were taken - big cities?

As I've mentioned on here several times before, Romney never tried to counter Obama's claim that Romney was going to "continue the Bush policies that got us into this mess." He never explained how it was Democrat, or at the very least bipartisan policies that led to the housing crisis. I have no idea why he left that argument hanging out there without trying to refute it.
