The same House that caved on the budget the last two years and will continue to do so under Speaker Boehner’s leadership. In the upcoming fiscal cliff negotiations expect Boehner to compromise for the sake of the nation. He’ll sign off on tax increases and will not extract any meaningful spending reductions. He won’t even make an attempt to defund Obamacare even though the House controls appropriations. Expect 4 more years of continuing resolutions and trillion dollar deficits. Bernanke will run the presses to fund the deficit, the dollar will collapse and we will have hyperinflation. When the collapse comes the people who voted for Obama tonight will blame Wall Street and the rich.
My only question. No doubt there will be a move to repeal the 22nd Amendment so Obama can run for a third term. Will the House pass it in the spirit of compromise?
New goal: prepare for collapse, and hope I can be included among the few left to rebuild — me, my family, and I.

3) Get as much government assistance as you can. AKA collapse the system
4) Be sure you have prepped for #3.

My last bit of optimism just left the building. We are now Greece. I’m beyond trying to figure out what goes through the minds of moochers. There are now family members that I will NEVER speak to again. Maybe tomorrow I’ll fight back, somehow but for now I’m so very sad.
