Well, I’ve been plugging a lot of country results into a spreadsheet for 2008 comparison for the last 3 hours.
That plus looking at the Polls that Shall Not Be Named.
It is indeed obviously over - Obama’s won.
Hard to get people to think in a logical, rational, and clear-headed way in the best of times, and certainly won’t be possible tonight - the fantasies that it’s all vote fraud, or Romney just wasn’t conservative enough, etc. will of course fly.
One thing that hasn’t been mentioned is the gender gap - really kills Romney across the board.
Well of course I am back on here again and a little less “freaking out” than earlier.
But, it is clear the GOP need to find a way to fix the following:
1) Getting greater minority vote
2) Getting greater female vote.
If we had even just a couple points higher in both of these, we would have won.
