the GOP isn't budging on taxes. It doesn't have to budge. The law right now is that taxes go up in 55 days. Obama will try to brow beat Boehner into dropping taxes on lower income people while keeping taxes high on those with higher income. I say screw that. Let everyone go over the fiscal cliff.
