Reacting to the American people’s decision to grant President Barack Obama another four years in the White House, Sean Hannity, during his syndicated radio show on Wednesday, warned Americans: “You get the government you deserve.”
The conservative thought leader also urged his audience to stop moping and carry on the fight for conservative ideas and principles in an impassioned monologue.
“We lost a tough election,” he said. “And it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last time. But the country will come calling, at some point, for conservatism” either on the issue of national security or economic decline.
He went on: “You can’t give up the fight. You don’t give up in the cause you believe in. You can’t call yourself a conservative. The country we love. What happens to the world if America doesn’t lead? You can take a few days if you want to feel sorry for yourself, not that it’s going to do any good.”

Knew an old man who said, "People get the kind of government they deserve". Same statement, just a little different wording. When people live in an immoral, greedy, dishonest fashion, they soon get an immoral, greedy, dishonest government.
We need to really fight back. Damn House doesn’t try to stop Obama on anything including Obamacare. And it’s not like we don’t have any Senators.

Yeah, “thought leader” is giving more credit than is due. He gives voice to thoughts of others because he has the 3-hour microphone.
I just wish only those who voted for him would have to suffere the consequences...but we are all along for the ride.
My reaction to this farce of an election caused by imbeciles and welfare whores is quiet determination and anger. They absolutely will get what they deserve and it won’t be nice. Stupid actions always have bad consequences. It kills me how small people can cause such enormous problems.

Hey Hannity, don’t blame the wrong people. Also, we have been wondering for a long time whose side you are actually on. We suspect it’s not the people.
One tiny bright light. We know what will happen so we're prepared. They're clueless so it will hit them hard.
Like networking with the like minded and give them your business whenever possible. Small business owners can barter if possible.
Conversely, refuse to engage with people & businesses who's politics run counter to your interests.
It may not be much but its at least action you can actually take that might have benefits down the road, or at least give others pause for thought.

Oh, and by the way, I found out how much you are paying for each cable channel. It is roughly $0.12 per month per channel. I saw this figure in a recent story about Algore's Stalinist propaganda channel, Current TV, which they are now trying to sell. Current TV goes into 60 million homes and has annual revenues from their cable and satellite royalties of $86 million. That is $0.12 per subscriber per month. So, you are offering that "pinch of incense" of $0.12 per month (at minimum) for every channel that is included in your cable or satellite package, including the sodomite channel, including MTV, including MSNBC, whether you watch it or not, and even if you block it on your cable box. Your money is still going to these outfits every month, and in doing so you proclaim that "caesar is lord". St. Polycarp, pray for us.

I stopped watching Fox News years ago. Today, I stop listening to Hannity, Limbaugh, and every other Republican gasbag on talk radio.
The night before the election, Jerry Doyle was making fun of the Republican pundits in talk radio for parroting whatever talking points Rush says.
The disturbing thing about this election is that it was so TRIBAL. The electorate defined itself by its race, gender, sexual orientation. When you’re dealing with a tribal electorate, they are impervious to persuasion, they simply vote their tribe.
I have little reason, therefore, to think that the slight majority of the electorate that voted for Obama will ever “come calling” at any point for conservatism.
The only way back to power for conservatives at this point is to hope that the Left fragments. This might happen if the economy and markets force austerity measures like in Europe and Obama’s thieving constituency is fighting over the diminishing pie.
To hope that we can persuade them with sweet reason, however, is a fool’s errand I fear.
I am open for ideas for the best way to go Galt and do my part to help bring the entire system crashing down.

I am doing just that next month, contract up. I am tired of paying for 250 channels and only watching about 5, the rest are garbage. I don't even need those 5 anymore.
FNC was one of those channels, but they have so disappointed me in this election, and I am sick of their 24/7 same ole',same ole'.

“Keep plugging away” isn’t working for me anymore - I’m in no mood to work to get Republicans elected when they (think Boehner) don’t do anything once they are. Nor do I feel like struggling to try and keep the American Dream going for a population that doesn’t seem to want it. I’ll just concentrate on my family and like-thinking friends and let the country sink, as far as I care now.
I guess you could lodge complaints against liberals and their business with various appropriate state and federal regulatory agencies. So if coffee is spilled at Starbucks, call the EPA, or fall down and call the city inspector. That hurts liberals and ties up bureaucrats.

I will do without before I purchase another "Made in China" product. I will seek out the American oil companies for my gas.
I am only one, but it's a start. On top of that I will DEFRIEND any old acquaintance that voted Obama, and tell them to their face WHY.

With all due respect, when I was kid, Kennedy stole the election from Nixon. We got Kennedy and then Johnson. We thought the world was going to end. Nixon mucked it up and we got Carter. We lived through 8 years of Clinton. We will survive this.

We have ONE contractor that we employ for our home AND our association at our summer residence. (thanks to my husband who was President at the time and locked him in) He and his family, which includes his high school kids, are a hard working Christian, home schooling family.
The liberals in our association wanted to employ Mexicans standing on street corners. Fortunately, hubby prevailed and this family is now part of our lives. They do everything from mowing the huge property in our assoc., rebuilding garages, putting in drainage pipes, etc. His kids were still in Jr high when we hired him. Both operating large equipment that amazed all of us. The libs in our community have backed off because they experienced this lovely family up close and personal.
Libs are all for stupid ideas but when push comes to shove, they back down when proven their pie in the sky ideals don’t equate to REAL life. Or their OWN lives. Their own MONEY. It’s always good for someone ELSE but not for THEM.
