President Obama's second term in the White House was largely secured by record numbers of votes from ethnic minorities, while his popularity among whites plummeted, exit polls have revealed.
Hispanics, the fastest-growing demographic in the United States, accounted for ten per cent of all voters in the election, an increase on last year's record of nine per cent, the polls suggested.
Of these, 71 per cent voted for Obama, up from 67 per cent in 2008. In a sign Republicans are failing to win over this increasingly influential group, Romney won just 27 per cent.
A record number of Asian voters - three per cent of the electorate - also turned out, with nearly three-quarters backing Obama. He also won a staggering 93 per cent of African-American votes.
Yet while his popularity among ethnic minorities swelled, he received just 39 per cent of the white votes, down by four per cent on the last election, a drop his campaign had anticipated.
With Hispanics numbering 53 million in the U.S. - about 17 per cent of the population - the results show just how key their votes are to elections, and how Republicans are failing to win them over.

Not one person has the balls to mention how blacks have racist attitudes, how blacks voted on color, how blacks wear their racist views with pride.

Real conservatives on some level understand the tumultuous events that Obama’s re-election will result in. It is part of God’s plan. We can’t pretend to think that our will is above His. We have to pray for Obama, and do what is right.
With Jesus, we understand that God is love, and the hurt comes from sin. Prior to Obama’s re-election we saw Hurricane Sandy pound the NE, the famine, and an earthquake, get the message? Obama represents everything that opposes God, and that along with the state of affairs of the world, is not a good sign. Many of us sense days of tribulation or “End of Days” as we know it. Although we know this will be hard, it is okay because we know who wins. Look for the end of Israel, attacks on Catholics, poverty, sickness, deception, etc. If they don’t see it now, just wait. I suggest we pray, beg for forgiveness, and ask for everything we need from our real King, and He will give it to us with love. We need to do a better job at evangelizing God’s love, than the “Global Warming” gods do at pretending that humanity is in control. Christians aren’t supposed to accept, we are supposed to love, like He loves us. Pray for Obama.
Percentages involve both a numerator and a denominator. We know the total votes are down. There is still a lot of counting to do, but we can estimate the number of people who showed up to vote is down. The numbers need to be studied in volume and in percentages.

I watched the msm break this down to race on election night..we will never know if the votes were legal..but one thing is for sure..we have a race war and whites on on the losing end and at the mercy of minorities.
Folks can split these hairs for the next four years, but they continually fail to point out a few very important facts.
The white votes for and opposed to Obama and Dims in general are clustered in different regions of the US. Ohio is 81% non-Hispanic white. Pennsylvania is 79%. That’s more than enough whites to have gone for Romney, but those states didn’t.
Most northern states range from around 80% up to 95% non-Hispanic whites, but they almost always vote for the Dim presidential candidate. The 41% of whites that Dims still win are largely concentrated in states with large white majorities that continue to be reliably Dim: all of New England, the Pacific NW, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and scattered other states.
This obsession with Latino votes won’t put many new states in the Republican column, if any. And a pandering strategy will cause more whites to stay home than it would win new Latino voters.
Some Republicans just can’t realize that effectively selling their message to all voters is the only winning strategy. Or maybe big enough and predictable second term failures by Obama will swing enough votes back to the party.
Latin Americans do not share the same values and have a totally different concept and ability to sustain a modern and free society.
I still am amazed at the utter ignorance of the supposedly “intelligent” politicians because they did it to deliberately flood us with people who know nothing of liberty and expect government to give them stuff.
If these same politicians think they will destroy America and remain the leaders even as a minority they will have a very rude awakening when these third world people take over, steal their wealth, and possibly put a bullet in the back of their heads or just let them roam the streets to starve.
These people do not like United States citizens and history has shown they are not as gentle as us with the people they do not like.
Both the Democrats and Republicans made a deal with the Devil and tried to walk on the razors edge while thinking they would not slip and get sliced. They were and are to stupid to understand their play for power and wealth was doomed to fail from the start.
The country just hasn’t hit rock bottom yet.
But lets face it, with the media being to the far left and in control of 98% of the narrative, we have a lot farther to fall as a nation.
$5 gas next summer and heavy carbon taxes on us all to follow—and much, much, much more. Outright oppression is coming for the right.
Unions. Many of these people were directly affected by the GM/Chrysler bailout and voted for Obambi because of that. They also know deep down that GM will have to declare bankruptcy again and they expect another illegal bailout via the theft of our money and the second trashing of bankruptcy law. It is in their personal interest as they do not want to be jobless and possibly homeless. I do not blame them but I do blame the decades long union and government collaboration. The corrupt unions and the corrupt politicians made their deals knowing the workers would be forever in debt to them for their livelihoods and would be a solid voting block for the leftists.
The union leaders got to plunder the coffers of their unions they gave part of that to the politicians. The workers do get the benefits of being over paid for their level of effort and thus MUST support the corrupt unions and their paid politicians.
I grew up in a UAW dominated city. The people who worked on the line were mostly the ones who barely graduated high school and walked into the line jobs in the auto factories. They were paid quite well, did not have to worry about politics, had enough money to buy their boats, dirt bikes, ATV's,homes, and travel every summer weekend north to the woods to play.
Great life until the fiscal reality comes crashing down and then they are too tied to the unions not to vote for Socialism/Communism. They do not want to lose everything.
Nobody in FR and GOP want to address the Ron Paul voters. Changing rules and interferring in state primary where Ron Paul won delegates, and changing the rules for future primaries during the convention to make it even harder for Ron Paul voters to get delegates in state primaries pissed many of them off to the point they voted Third Party or stayed home. Other fraction GOP establishment marginalized was the Christian Coalition types. They were told to keep low key. Less people voted in 2012 compared to 2008 and even 2004. RINO are beholden to Chamber of Commerce and Free Traitors, thus spinning the loss on lack of Hispanic voters (ala Illegal Immigration Amnesty needed, more cheap labor for jobs that cannot be moved overseas) will fill the pockets of these business types and add another death knell to the middle class/Main Street GOP/America.
You should be happy manc, God will give them what they ask for, and they will suffer the consequences. Believe me, I was depressed too. Remembering God is in control, I know that things will get taken care of in a way that not Romney, or any other man, can. Have faith.
Unions are a big factor in several states. And I think some of these analysts seem to forget that probably 1/4 to 1/3 of the white population are bleeding heart liberals and they’ll always vote for the Dims unless gobamacked by some harsh reality of life. And they’re clustered mostly in northern states, California and the Pacific NW.
Those white folks continue to keep many states with large white majorities in the Democrat column.

First a church I went to went liberal and accepted homosexuals so I don;t go to church now.
Then we get this today and surely God would have stopped this by now.
My only hope is that those people who voted this socialist based on their racist black views, voted because they’re ignorant, ill informed and just idiots which many Dems are , then I hope they suffer losing their homes, their jobs, their welfare and crumbs ,

I agree. The Romney people made a big mistake by giving no role to Sarah Palin or other Tea Party types. And they clearly adopted rule changes that the yeas and nays on the floor opposed.
The Republican elite and snobs seems incapable of realizing that their pandering and their shabby treatment of many in the conservative base actually costs them more support than it gains.
They always think they can pander and add voters, but never can figure out that such bad strategies also involve substraction, and the substraction exceeds the addition.
That is the problem manc. The world is lost. Find another church. Catholics don’t accept homosexuality and never will. We know who wins this battle my friend, and we need to prepare ourselves. The sacraments etc. i know exactly how you feel, but knowing God means knowing this is all good. I promise :)
