New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said that he had called President Obama to congratulate him on his win in the 2012 presidential election — but has only sent an email to Mitt Romney, the Republican nominee for whom he campaigned heavily earlier this year.

“We didn’t have a political strategy discussion,” Christie said of his call to Obama, according to Bloomberg. “I said congratulations on your win last night Mr. President, he said thank you governor.”

Christie and Boehner should get a room. They belong together.

Christie will have to worry about reelection in a deep blue state, so he’s only trying to save his fat liberal hide.

I never understood the fascination with Christie anyway. I never cared for the guy..WOW he yells at Union thugs, BIG DEAL..who loves the unions besides leftist goons..but somehow Christie yelling at Unions and telling them to shove it made him popular. I saw right through him(Which was difficult considering..) when he delivered his RNC speech, hardly a mention of Romney, hardly a mention of Obama..it was ALL about HIM and what he accomplished..it was perhaps, other than hearing McCain speak in 2008, the most boring speech I had ever heard..watch for Christie to pull a Spector and announce very soon he will be switching to the Dem party..
Hey Christie, where is yo dollar..where is your Stafford Act..I think people in New York and New Jersey are still waiting for their FEMA Help

Sorry if I offend most folks here but Christie has become a negative for most. He has become a child for the Republican who loves Democrats for advancement. This does NOT bode well for his internal Republican advancement.

He has made his bed and that is okay as long as Democrats win, he has it made.

Please though - don’t put him up as a Republican candidate for anything in the next four years - please! Otherwise, we will have to laugh at you because we can...

Will soon announce he is a democrat.

He should switch over, and some other Republicans should follow suit; because such moves would shift both parties to the right, it won't happen.

Really?
Was quick to defend him earlier due
To his tough stance on important issues.
Fiscally he remains unchanged which is a good thing.

The pattern of behavior starting with not meeting Romney in PA has me doubting him.
Sure that wasn’t his job , but was Romneys toughest supporter as governor makes you question his motive.

Read about his meeting Obama in NJ. Wasn’t able to see it on tv. Had no issue with his meeting Obama in NJ. The governor had to do it
And he chose to be governor. Then it all fell apart.
Too many street lights out without any traffic direction. Was wild west Should have assigned more police, troopers, or national guard in those areas. And closed streets with detours for rest areas.
No taking charge with providing current updates on power outages.
Should have made it more known about ice & water do you didn’t throw out food that could have been saved.
I don’t see him getting re elected even without his fight with unions .

Well, making this little tidbit common knowledge pretty much assures his reelection as a DemocRat governor of a permanently dyed blue state. Just think how convenient that Democrats won't have to lie to their friends about who they voted for like they did last time. It's a win-win!!

Save the blue mumu, Chris.

Keep it in the freezer, in case you need it later.
