I think one should include the status of the State’s US Senators.

I think one should include the status of the States US Senators.
It doesn't really work due to the progressively inspired scam of the 17th Amendment. Our founders didn't intend for our senators to be elected by a popular vote. They were to be chosen by the representative legislatures.
The progs weren't stupid when they sold that snake oil. They knew it stripped power from the states and they intended to keep it that way by protecting those senators from recall.
The method as intended sure made politics a lot less expensive.

Congratulations! If you can do that in spite of the Soviet cities, then there is hope for the rest of the nation.

You can spot a couple of obvious trends by looking at a couple of different maps.
The first is our current congressional makeup.
The second, shows the two counties where the the union power grab actually won.

Yep, two counties controlled by Soviet urban centres. The rest of the state has common sense.

"The rest of the state has common sense."
Not quite. Levin and Spenditnow are near Marxists.
I really don't understand how a state that is RINO/TP centric can keep sending these two to DC to represent the interests of the state peeps or the State gov't.

A better idea would be to trade Seattle, SF, LA, Chicago, Detroit, NYC and all of Vermont and Massachusetts to Canada for the western provinces. What has Canada ever done to you? They are generally individually nice and very polite, why would you dump all our garbage in their lap.
I'd think something along the lines of a second Chicago fire or a new SF earthquake (to include LA) would do the job.

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
I’m not an expert on Canadian history but I think many of the early English speaking settlers in what is now Canada came from the New England states. It’s possible Ottawa and Quebec would welcome our big cities with open arms.
