Was talking about Syria. But yes, you have a point. Also fits Libya to a lesser extent. And Egypt also. They took this disastrous policy and applied it to at least three nations.

Libya then Egypt followed by Syria. And all three nations had Chemical WMD. In the Nations where Obama won with his Terrorist Insurgency, terrorist ended up controlling Chemical WMD. He was only stopped in Syria. My guess is when they went into Libya with NATO, they probably found out it was better to not have NATO on your side. That probably forced them to use a Terrorist Insurgency.
