A lawsuit seeking the return of $43 trillion (with a t) and an audit of all the TARP programs by an independent receiver has been filed against senior members of the Obama Administration and the New York group known as the Banksters.
The Wall Street Journals MarketWatch is reporting that the Spire Law Group, LLP has moved its mass tort action into the federal court in Brooklyn, New York. In this District Court lawsuit (Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML), the Spire Law Group, LLP is acting on the behalf of homeowners across the country seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide until the return of the $43 trillion.
The independent audit the lawsuit is seeking of the TARP Program stems from a report by the former Inspector General of the bailout program, Neil Barofsky, who is countering the claims made by President Obama both publicly and privately to Congress that the money has been paid back. Mr. Barofsky asserts that none of the money advanced by the Treasury has ever been paid back by the recipients of the program.
The Plaintiffs have established the location of the $43 trillion of laundered money in a criminal racketeering enterprise participated in by the following individuals:
Eric Holder Tony West
Kamala Harris Jon Corzine Robert Rubin Timothy Geitner Vikram Pandit Valerie Jarrett Anita Dunn Robert Baueras
The lawsuit alleges that the Obama Administration actively borrowed money from these Banksters to fund his political campaign in this 2012 Election and has not pursued any criminal charges against them.
The lawsuit also claims multiple violations of the United States Patriot Act, along with the Policy of Embargo Against Iran and Countries Hostile to the Foreign Policy of the United States, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and other State and Federal laws by the Obama Administration.
How about they add a search of NY Fed gold bar vault to the suit as well?
At least nobody will be calling this a penny-ante lawsuit.
This is HUGH !
I didn’t know we had $43T, as a nation....where did all that money come from, and is there any left at all...??
Bump for later. Great catch.
I’ll remain skeptical until I see if there is still an honest judge left.
Source seems to be legit....if this is true, we need to make this go viral.
Anyone know how to get this to Drudge/Hannity/Rush etc....??
So this firm got its name in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Happy happy joy joy.
Stroke on a key board and wa la, you can make the balance sheet say anything you want!
Say, this would make a nice trigger for the inevitable collapse too, no?
Just thinking out loud..../tin foil
We know how this ends, case dismissed due to plaintiffs lack of standing. Happens with every law suit against obama.
Google: “Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML”
It’s a virtual who’s who of conspiracy freaks and nutcases.
Thanks Jim, I will....
Are you saying this thing is bogus.....??
So what. We’ll just waste more taxpayer or Federal Digital Dollars on nothing. There is not a court in the land not owned by the Democratic Party. To think this case, or Benghazi, or any of the gun running stuff will ever harm the Dems is sheer folly. Nothing is going to change. No court cases, no elections, no useless complaining to our keyboards or writing letters to our so called “leaders” will do one bit of good.
The USA that we (elders) remember is simply finished and isn’t coming back. At least not for several generations. There is only one way out of our situation and we don’t have what it takes as a society to do it. All you can do is make you and your loved ones as comfortable as you possibly can and hope like hell you can stay below their radar.
I don’t know what to believe anymore.
It’s all paper. Imaginary.

Can it be verified if the WSJ’s MarketWatch has indeed reported on this lawsuit?
Not saying the lawsuit has merit or hasn’t merit....but looking to see if it’s gotten the WSJ attention.
My very wise mother taught me not to believe half of what’s printed in newspapers or broadcast on TV/radio. And I’ve expanded that to not believe 90% of what’s posted to the internet. And to never believe any of what’s posted to whatreallyhappened.com, beforeitsnews.com, infowars.com and such other silly alarmist conspiracy sites.
I hear ya, problem is what people like Alex Jones, who comes off a a certifiable nut job, is saying is actually coming true. Some of it anyway.
We do live in “interesting times”
If they win, will the judge award court costs as well? If yes, that would certainly put some series extra sting in it..
I dunno, I guess time will tell on this one.
Hope I'm wrong, but I'm guessing like everything else Obama-Scandal laden, will get glossed over by the liberal lamestream media and should it ever see the light of day, the person(s) who report on it will likely be destroyed.
Googled it. It’s a press release by Spire Law Group, LLC:
I can factually tell you I saw it Friday and read the article. Did some preliminary research on the law-firm named in the article and didn't find much that would lead me to believe they're credible. I thought I bookmarked it but didn't, and since I flush my cache everytime my browser closes the link's gone.......
Yep, that’s the one I read on Friday. Drudge had a link to it (that’s how I found it.)
This could really stir up some stuff. Looking forward to hearing more.
I clicked the link, and there was another link to click that takes you to Marketwatch. The article is there. It appears to be a press release from the law firm that has filed the suit.
Can’t really tell about the merits of the case, evidence they may have etc. from the article.
It’s a press release paid for by the firm filing the complaint.
Here’s the link. If it doesn’t work, click on the source and go to the bottom of the article and click the link “to learn more ...”
The SVP of CNBC learned about handling this news the hardest way of all.
His children were butchered after CNBC published the story.
And now, FReepers on this thread laugh?
Looks like this is all a scam by some half-ass lawyer that was disbarred for stealing from people in foreclusure. Google his name and you will see.
Yeah, I know. Fire can’t melt steel, so it’s obvious that Bush wired up the trade Center and recruited some Saudi idiots to hijack airliners and crash them into buildings so he could go to war against Iraq. Also, there’s no hole left in the Pentagon big enough for an airliner and it’s wingspan to fit into, so it never happened. Had to have been Bush firing a missile into it. Bush also ordered the other airliner shot down in Pennsylvania. The whole damned affair was Bush’s doing. Just like he was controlling the weather and caused Katrina. Bush also controls all the world’s banks and personally caused the financial meltdown. Bush’s grandfather was a nazi. Bush himself was a Skull ‘n Bones guy and was into goat sacrifices and secret satanic rituals at some Russian boys club in California. And he was seen at a secret Buildabetterburger meeting in Europe. Paparatzi got the photos. It’s all over the Internet. Alex Jones ran it. And Wikidpedia backs it up, so it must be true.
It is still hard to realize we have a DOJ in Contempt of congress who still has his job , Jon Corine is above the law...new normal.
The Treasury lent less than $300 billion to the banks thru TARP.
Yeah, like I said he is a nut job.
He said years ago they are going to devalue and ruin the dollar.. thought it was crazy
You sound just like my SIL. Seriously, she believes all this. You forgot to put in there that Bush is the Anti-Christ, though.
And Glenn Beck is roundly ridiculed here too.
Yet no apologies when he has been proved correct.
I am no fan of Alex Jones but I have no doubt some of what he says is true, it's happening before our eyes, just like Beck.
Actually, that was Rosie O'Doughnuts who said that....
There’s about $3.6 trillion in federal, state and local assets (tables L104 and L105 at http://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/z1/current/z1.pdf) but these are dwarfed by their respective liabilities.
As for the private sector, the U.S. National Debt Clock lists $87.4 trillion in assets, but these likewise are offset to some extent by debts. However, it’s obvious that the plaintiffs in this case are seeking to go after only federal assets, which amount to $1.378 T at the end of June 2012.
I’m no legal eagle but I don’t think suits of this sort are limited by known assets. That is, if I have a net worth of $500K, that wouldn’t stop a lawyer from suing me for $3 million if he could demonstrate I did that amount of damage to his client in a car wreck, for example. I may declare bankruptcy, which would inhibit collection of an award, but per se, the fact that I don’t have the means to pay the amount they are suing me for doesn’t stop the lawsuit from going forward etc.
Yes, and all the conspiracy nutjobs like Jones and Rivera, et al, are into the libtard 911 truther bullshit.
............this will be fun to watch up until the first summary judgment hearing wherupon it will get thrown out on “standing”.................
