And what are we going to do about it??? We go through this election after election and nothing changes, it gets worse. I am all ears...I don’t know law, I don’t know the process for appeal for recount. But I’m sure willing to learn. Mob rule is no rule.

Went to Commonwealth of PA Election Returns 2012 and added all the votes listed for the statewide offices:

Additionally, two counties still have not sent in their full computerized totals - Wayne county is still holding back 15 out of their 36 Districts, and of course Philadelphia County is holding back 21 Districts out of their 1687. The notation on the web-page shows:

I didn't see anything listing other candidates, or Write-In totals. PA has an atrocious system!
