I agree. A disaster. All you have to is look at all the election results. Pitiful!

I disagree Priebus was better than Steele. However Priebus’s error in Missouri senate race should cost him his job.

Seriously, given a choice between Preibus or Steele, Steele at least presided over one of the greatest electoral victories in Republican history. Preibus couldn’t find his own derrier with either hand!

Steele won. Preibus lost. You have a misperception of what politics is about ~ for me it’s about the winning!

There were racists who wanted him out. That’s an incontrovertible fact. They still want him out.

Who won 2010? Who was the RNC presiding officer at the time? Even if he did nothing that appears to have been the right thing to do at the time. Your boy Preibus is the dude who withheld funds from Akin.

They wanted him out for being a failure and incompetent, for which you and I have discussed repeatedly. Are you related to him ?

I wasn’t aware that moderate scumbag was a race but I guess that makes me a racist to moderate scumbags everywhere.

"Who won 2010?"

The Tea Party and the Conservative base. The folks RINOs like Steele disdained.

Apparently you didn’t like the 2010 victory. That was all that was important.

But he didn’t intefere in what they were doing to win and didn’t cut off funds and in the end spoke up for SocCons and the TEAParty ~ Preibus sold his soul to a loser.

Of course it is usual for the opposing party to win the midterms.

Preibus isn’t “my boy”, and I little other than contempt for the RNC for years of organizational failure. I’ve never donated money to them, and won’t be rushing to do so anytime soon.

I may stay involved with TEA Party activism, but the RNC is dead to me at this point.

What did Steele have to do with 2010 ? You have this rather cockeyed viewpoint shared by no one else here on his role in the matter. Why are you defending this incompetent individual who pandered to RINOs ? Are you related to him ?

If Allen West doesn’t make it back to Congress, he would also be an excellent choice.
