I had always assumed they did. Guess not. Why do we even bother voting? I am disgusted by this whole election and have serious doubts that Obama really won.

I have been suggesting this for years. As the ballots go into the machine they drop into a locked container. on that container is a COC form to be signed by everyone who has access to that container.
If any irregularities are noted with the ballots in that container everyone on the COC is subject to 25 years in prison or execution
It's not difficult.

Voting machines only kill Republics, easy choice.
