Thus lies the evidence, or part of the evidence, that Obozo stole this election. Batten down the hatches. The storm is coming. The leading edge has already struck Generals Petraeus and Allen. A bloodless purge is underway. The bloodbath will follow.

Prior to the election, my son’s wife criticized me on FB for my stating Obama was dangerous and anyone voting for him is ignorant. I gave her additional pointers regarding the ignorance of those voting for this traitor. My son came to his wife’s defense. I have cut off communication with them. I will not tolerate anyone who supports this traitor, or supports those who support him, family included.

Perhaps your son can bring her around.
Facebook is a liberal plague. You should expect personal attacks if you are posting on a liberal discussion page. You CANNOT argue with idiots,
you are wasting your time. Even if you are right (which you are), you will never convince a pack of libs of the truth.

Political viewpoints aside, I would not ever think it is okay to call a daughter in law stupid or whatever you said. It would have been better to have approached your son about how you were the victim of her insults, instead you took the bait and retaliated. Of course your son came to her side to defend her. He must love her very much.
You probably just validated her in his eyes and you can’t see through your anger.
Take care and I will pray that your family rift heals.

"Typical male Obama voter gets behind light pole to hide from girl."

I thought the problem was that he did not vote. Sounds like she expected him to vote for Romney but he did not vote at all. I do not think either of them are very smart.

Hey moron. I’ve got two sons. Both married. The son in the Army, and his wife, voted for Romney. Way to engage your brain.

How truly stupid! It’d be understandable if it were a swing state, but Arizona?

I agree regarding FB. I wasn’t posting on a liberal disussion page. I commented on a thread my son posted regarding the reasons why people voted for Obozo. You are correct that you cannot argue with stupid. Therefore, I posted facts regarding the causes of the financial meltdown, as oppose to engaging any one individual over their reasons (or, actually non-reasons - they engaged in the same blaming of Bush as their reasons) for voting Obozo. I didn’t call anyone anything. I stated ignorance is not a good reason to support any candidate. If the shoe fits . . .!

This is why I keep Facebook completely apolitical. And wish everyone did.

After the election I ‘unfriended’ several who were hopeless Obama supporters. Not all. There’s still hope for a few.

Hopefully, your son will see the light before too long. It IS a generational thing. I’ve had 2 of mine look into the dark side and pray they will come back.

I hope and pray for that also. The current issues were the straw which broke the camel’s back, so to speak. There is a laundry list of issues my wife and I have with this person my son married - withoug fully knowing her background first.

My son and his wife both work in the medical field. I suspect that it will not be long before the light goes on. Yesterday my youngest daughter went to the ER because she was suffering from an asthma attack. From entry to exit it was more than six hours. Things only get worse from here.

I heard about this on the radio on the way to work this morning (it’s a local story), and I have concluded she’s a stupid as a fence post.

Firstly, he didn’t vote. A “No vote” != a vote for Obama, contrary to the peanut gallery on FR. Secondly, this in AZ where Romney was never in any danger of losing. Obama votes didn’t count here, never was a chance of that.

Unless there is more to the story/argument, I conclude she’s a total wasteoid who won’t get the chance to vote again because she’ll be found a felon in very short order.

“Every time I see a Prius on the freeway with an Obama bumper sticker, I have a similar urge.”

Me too, but SMART cars drive the urge more, especially if there is a coexist sticker displayed.

I drive a HUMMER, so I’d probably get the death penalty.

I usually commute in a full sized Suburban, so I’d be right there with you on death row. And with Jerry Brown as governor, no chance of a last minute reprieve.

I’m not too sure that 6 hours from ER entry to exit says much. How long from ER entry till your daughter was seen by a doc is a more valid time frame to judge. A bad asthma attack will have the patient set up with an IV and nebulizer, stat.

Once the patient is on the route to stabilization, they monitor for a few hours before deciding whether or not to admit. They wouldn’t want to send the patient home, only to have him/her return in a few hours.
