CAIRO: Egypt´s Islamist Freedom and Justice Party, formerly headed by President Mohamed Morsi, said on Wednesday Egypt would no longer stand by as Israel attacked Palestinians after air strikes killed a Hamas leader. The FJP, the political arm of the powerful Muslim Brotherhood movement, said Israeli air strikes that killed top militant Ahmed al-Jaabari in Gaza earlier on Wednesday required "swift Arab and international action to stop the massacres." The party, which fielded Morsi in a June election to replace toppled president Hosni Mubarak, said Israel "must take into account the changes in the Arab region and especially Egypt."

Did Hamas do the massive rocket attack knowing Israel would kick their ass but would bring in Egypt and possibly Iran to kickoff the next ME war?

The Israeli response should be: “We accept the proposal of the government of Egypt for them to allow unrestricted and permanent Palestinian immigration from Gaza, and we thank them for making this significant concession in the peace process.”

Then they should hang up the phone, then disconnect the phone.

LOL, okay so Egypt wants a repeat of past defeats. Israel will accommodate them any time they like.

In my make-life-fair fantasy, Candy Crowley would be forced to take the ambassadorship job in Libya.

Well, that one got a good chuckle from me! But I’m afraid she’d be shunned as too swinish looking to be anywhere near diplomatically effective..

I like how they waited to hit the car at an intersection. Nothing was injured other than the car and it’s occupants, flaming as it coasted to a stop a short distance ahead.

Note to Hamas leaders, “Sending rockets into Israel probably isn’t a good idea. Of course you can do what you want, but don’t blame Israel for reacting.”

Egypt stunningly (/sarc) silent on how they will no longer tolerate Palestinian attacks on Israel. Why...it’s almost as if the new Muslim Brotherhood led Egyptian government agrees with the Palestinian attacks!

" ... required "swift Arab and international action to stop the massacres."

To many of us that had been "put in our PC places" in the past, we're not surprised that the word "Arab" has come out as an enemy of Israel.

Ohh .. it's only the small group of radical muslims ... not all of them ...

Abraham, one of your sons ... the one that hates your kids, is dangerously out of line, and one of his peeps has chsarge of OUR being there to help YOU.

Just take back Gaza, force all residents to Egypt and seal the border with Egypt.

Then tell them anything that comes over the wall will be sent back ten fold.
