It is great to see that Sarah still remains steadfast in her resistance to Obama. Her vigilance and outspokenness is second to none. She is a true patriot and warrior of individual liberty.

Frankly, I am disgusted at the animosity and hatred towards her that is apparent from far too many on this conservative site. Not one of us knows the reasons why she chose not to run. All I know is that days before her announcement Sarah's demeanor and disposition changed. This tells me she was threatened and, for now was left with no choice.

If the conservatives on this site really want to change minds to the conservative way, you must not continue to slam the one person who continues to fight for conservatism with no strings attached. Have you ever thought that reality TV gigs were a strategy to get into the minds of the opposition, to make a connection. It must have done something right, because Sarah's endorsements won their races at a 62% clip.

Frankly, it is disturbing how she has been treated by a growing number of participants on this site.

You are all RIGHT ON!

If she doesn't run, though, if Pubbies managed to get the White Hut back, she would be a great ENERGY Secretary, and combine it into Interior, Commerce, and a dozen (or more) other "Departments (your lists here!)"...

She is a manager, and has proven her worth!

Of course, I'm still praying for the awesome twosome for our 2016 run!

And so many think 2012 was her “one chance.” How can they know that?

Because Mitt and McCain got ENDLESS CHANCES.

In 1968 Ronald Reagen LOST THE PRIMARY, to Richard Nixon.

In 1976 Ronald Reagan LOST THE PRIMARY to Gerald Ford

By Today's logic he should have been done and swept under the rug, but he kept up the fight and eventually won and won big.

Sarah is not done, not by a long shot.

Remember Reagan had been divorced and sorts of other deal breakers, so the Future bodes well for Sarah's future prospects.

We threw G-d Almighty out of the public school system in 1962, and we have been heading straight down the crapper ever since. Damn the public schools.

The only thing that got thrown out of the schools in the 60s was allowing somebody else who has your kid 6 hours a day to tell your kids about their version of god all day.

Give Palin a billion dollars to run her own campaign machine as the Presidential nominee of the Republican party, and she would win.
I believe this was a major factor in her decision not to run.

IMO, TPTB in the GOP-e made it known that they would sabotage her fundraising efforts. While it's nice to pretend she could achieve her goals by appealing to the grass roots, the reality of modern politics is that MASSIVE amounts of money are necessary in a Presidential race.

It's also quite possible that some big money was available, but with strings attached. Governor Palin doesn't strike me as the sort that would be willing to play the "scratch-my-back-and-I'll-scratch-yours" game.

Which, if true, probably precludes her from national politics.

So, you’re saying she didn’t have the right to decide whether or not to run? Your post is beyond silly.

Like they're doing now?

She let me down with that flirtation run in 2012. Once fooled, twice shy.

She's a vote-tease.

Romney proved to be the political loser that he has ALWAYS been during his 20 year history of thinking that record spending could buy him elections.

I am firmly NOT in the Blame Romney category, but I agree that Sarah would make an excellent POTUS.

Governor Palin was running for the 2012 nomination and successfully, her bus tour was successfully running parallel to Romney’s total domination of the party primary.

Just as her campaign found the peak moment to announce, Perry came in and broke it, he stayed just long enough to steal her position as the “non-Romney” and as the only other giant in the race, and then he rolled over for Romney and the party and went back home, with never having hurt Romney, or threatening him.

We have seen the GOP do this since she was chosen in 2008, yet she still manages to retain the title of the most powerful republican in America, and the most powerful endorsement in history and of either party.

Thank you for this thread. Cannot say enough Thanks to God for Sarah. Many do not like Sarah. Must be some reason or reasons. Could list a bunch of probables why Sarah is not treated as the American Lady she is (fill in the blanks). Sarah would digress. Am going to digress too. Thank You Sarah. Think am beginning to understand more. Sarah, you and God are excellent teachers. Stay Safe. Will ask God to help. God please help. Amen. In Jesus Name. Amen.

In the 1960s the schools merely respected the people, and acknowledged that God existed.

Today they teach against the American people, and teach their kids that God doesn’t exist, and that government is all.

Your unions are doing a lousy job.
