In Crisis time - like Hurricane response - it’s good to be aggressive and fast.
In the rest of the time - which is almost all of the time - I’d rather my government be slow and deliberate.

Yup. He’s not talking about the department of motor vehicles, he’s talking about the guys who will bust your door down in the middle of the night with automatic weapons for unflattering comments about the administration. That’s the part of the government he wants fast and ultra-efficient.

Like I said - in times of crisis, I want a government that’s able to respond aggressively with robust action. That’s not just fine, it’s the ideal. That’s what they SHOULD do.
If they operate that way the rest of the time - which is 99% of the time - they’d be bulls in a china shop. That is more than less than I deal. It’s a path to ruin.
