In fact, CNN aired today on Anderson Cooper a story from Kings County Texas about a community that hates Obama. That is the type of “news” liberal media channels are going with in an all out blitzkrieg against the GOP.
Combination of bribe and threat. Petraeus has to play ball or the Regime cuts off his already PO’d wife, they face financial ruin and she definitely dumps him. He keeps his mouth shut on the witness stand and maybe Holly will let him grovel back into the doghouse.

I’d say that depends upon two things. First, how long ago the “affair” began (if there actually was an affair). And, second, when did Obozo provide his wife this position? From what this suggests, this is a recent appointment, while Petraeus has been having this alledged affair for at least a couple of months. If anything, this is a case of a “hush” position. Obozo doesn’t want Petraeus’ wife to talk.
This isn’t the first time Obama tries to keep people on the plantation. Obama’s MO when he is in some trouble.
That sort of explains why the General did what he did.
