(CNSNews.com) – The Obama administration named Holly Petraeus--wife of retired Gen. David Patraeus, who resigned last week as CIA director after revealing he had had an extramarital affair--to a $187,605-per-yer job in the newly formed Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

The CFPB, created by the Dodd-Frank law, was placed by that law under the umbrella of the Federal Reserve. The funding of the CFBP, which comes from the Federal Reserve, is not subject to congressional oversight.

Mrs. Petraeus became a member of the CFPB Implementation Team on Jan. 12, 2011. She is now the assistant director for the Office of Service member Affairs. Her position pays an annual salary of $187,605, according to the communications office of the bureau.

The communications office also confirmed to CNSNews.com that Mrs. Petraeus’ post at the bureau did not require Senate confirmation.

On Jan. 6, 2011, Elizabeth Warren, then assistant to the president and special advisor to the secretary of the treasury for the CFPB (and now senator-elect from Massachusetts), posted a blog about Mrs. Petraeus’ new job on the White House website……….

Government jobs are just a way of rewarding friends of government officials.

Reading between the lines here I’m guessing that Mrs. Petraeus has had some issues controlling her Visa and MasterCard balances.

Those are the folks who generally become fans of the Fake White Indian.

And now they are the regulators. Life’s a b*tch, Robert Rubin.

I feel like I totally screwed up. I should have become a democrat and gone to work for the government and kissed up to the party big wigs.

187k/year for the general’s wife, MO made over 300k/year because she was Obama’s wife, Hillary is wine tasting in Australia (on our dime I’m sure) instead of testifying about her lies and role in denying protection to now dead Americans.

Our government has become just one big giant scam on people like me.

You laugh, but now that they have the upper hand for the foreseeable future, there are gonna be some folks at the margins of our movement who are seriously considering exactly that.

“That’s what I keep thinking. I have doubts there was an affair, especially since it was reported Petreaus had prostate cancer.”

General Fritsch of the Blomberg-Fritsch affair was falsely accused as well.

“How much longer Lord? How much longer?”

I’m not the Lord, but I doubt it could be a whole lot longer. (See Irvin Baxter on The Endtime is Now on the Church Channel and other Christian networks. I think he has some pretty good takes on it through years of research.)

Prostate cancer does not always necessarily render one sexually impotent. It’s a matter of degree and the chosen
course of treatment.

“Prostate cancer does not always necessarily render one sexually impotent.”

I have heard that.

My point was about the apparent repetition of history.
