Yes. I didn't mean to dismiss the failure completely -- I was being somewhat tongue-in-cheek. This "app" doesn't sound like rocket science. It's really inexcusable that it hadn't been tested and that it was so ham-handedly rolled out.

It's also a shame that the GOP didn't have the exclusive use of it this last election cycle. The concept is very cool -- it might have been very valuable. The advantage is gone, though. You can be sure the Dems will have it next time, too.

I can't help but wonder if the Romney team, just like the rest of us, didn't believe the conservative conventional wisdom that broken glass wouldn't keep us all from turning out. Foolish, if so.
