Well if the people in Maine want to use state’s rights to legalize cannabis are you against that and therefore against states rights?

I'm interested in his question - I'll bet Ken H is too.

But you're right - you have not shown here any interest in the question of states rights. Are you uninterested in states rights? If so, does that uninterest strike you as a conservative position?

Something just occurred to me. It will be legal under CO law for adults to grow six plants. That means CO will be a safe haven for potentially hundreds of thousands of indoor mom & pop grow operations. That could turn into a billion dollar cottage industry.

Feds would basically be stymied against hundreds of thousands of independent growers, each making a couple of thousand bucks here and there.
