Sounds like the General got tired of being blackmailed by the WH and Clapper.

This also sheds some light on stories surfacing today that the interim CIA Director will testify that there were no requests for military backup from Benghazi.

“...the interim CIA Director will testify that there were no requests for military backup from Benghazi.”

Isn’t this in direct contradiction to what the people on the ground in Benghazi said? They said they asked three times and were denied and told to stand down. The news reports were very clear about this and presumably those sources are still out there.

Impeach 0bama for doing a HIT on Petraeus for challenging their DISINFORMATION CAMPAIGN to sway public opinion to save 0bama’s re-election.

just heard one of the fathers on FOX and Megyn kelly just said she has ot let him go because they can;t hear him, well I could .

WTH is going on wiht the GOP, RNC, the media nd FOX..

We live in such a corrupt country and is it any wonder why our side does not speak out for this election, why they fought Sarah, Newt and now Col Allen West.

Kelly just said that they have breaking news and now ADs come on instead.

we the people, not we the Govt and media and the elitist.

We want answers to many issues, and yet we get an adoring media who either ignores the rigged election to fast and furious to this and yet we have idiots saying congrats obama, I;ve seen all your election you have won .

Then she laughs like a little girl going on her first date.

I don’t understand. Why are they pointing fingers when it was only about a video?

You would have to believe the story that he resigned, and wasn’t forced to leave, as some like Krauthammer & others believe really happened.

From the article:

Petraeus’s last days at the CIA show the extent to which the Benghazi attacks created a climate of interagency finger-pointing. That undercut the retired four-star general’s backing within the Obama administration

Four dead, the possibility that they were going to accept 41 dead, a safehouse burned with the possibility that ALL their Libyan contacts were gone, 15,000 MANPADS circulating, a gun-running op exposed...

It was UNREASONABLE for some finger-pointing...?!?!

Fox is reporting that Petraeus was pushed out because he wouldn’t go along with the WH’s time line.

National Intelligence Director James Clapper

Dumb as a left-wing rock. Shouldn't an intelligence director be, well, intelligent?

His clashes would explain this statement that I presume he wanted to put out: “No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate. ”

Big Media has drummed Petraeus right out of the service with all the Mr.’s.

General Petreaus COULDN’T ask for military support because Obama didn’t authorize Cross Border Authority.

BTW, isn’t it neat how in any organization everything is the fault of the guy who left? Had that happen to me a couple times Really, it’s a good thing for morale. Not so good for accountability though.

This also sheds some light on stories surfacing today that the interim CIA Director will testify that there were no requests for military backup from Benghazi.

There is confusion about that. I heard it as: THE CIA, meaning headquarters, did not make any requests for military backup for Benghazi. That stops things at the CIA and covers Obama's a** and the Pentagon's.

There have been many stories that there were requests for backup from personnel in Benghazi, maybe too many to deny.

And then there was this statment from the CIA on October 26:

"No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate."

The CIA talking points reported by CBS as given to the White House do not match Rice’s talking points that she used in the five Sunday interviews. In those interviews she claimed that the best intelligence was that it was a fact that there was no terrorist attack and she omitted all of the caveats and conditional phrasing seen below on that point.

Implication: The White House substituted its own exculpatory talking points for the CIA talking points but claimed that the WH points came from the CIA unchanged.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2959862/posts

The CIA’s talking points read as follows:

“The currently available information suggests that the demonstrations in Benghazi were spontaneously inspired by the protests at the US Embassy in Cairo and evolved into a direct assault against the US diplomatic post in Benghazi and subsequently its annex. There are indications that extremists participated in the violent demonstrations.

This assessment may change as additional information is collected and analyzed and as currently available information continues to be evaluated.

The investigation is on-going, and the US Government is working with Libyan authorities to bring to justice those responsible for the deaths of US citizens.”

Bobo's cadre taking the last Clintonian refuge by doublegoodspeaking 'is' is talk for what constitutes "military backup".

I would like to know why Obama delayed permission for the FBI to go to Benghazi... CNN was picking up evidence before the first FBI person arrived... long before.

Three questions for Benghazi-Coward Obama:

1.) Are you HIDING INFORMATION from the US Congress about the Benghazi Massacre?

2.) Have you been LYING to the US Congress, The Media, or the American Public about the Benghazi Massacre?

3.) Were you, as Commander in Chief, GROSSLY NEGLIGENT about your responsibilities to protect and assist those four Americans who subsequently were murdered in the Benghazi Massacre?

BTW, the large cap words were the same as the 3 charges handed down yesterday to BP for punishment of their Gulf of Mexico underwater blowout, a while back.

Since the US Government is going to hold a company accountable for their poor decisions, then it should hold its CIC accountable his poor decisions, AND use the same legal charges.
