“Foxconn, ... actually makes the devices for companies such as Apple, Amazon, Dell, HP, Motorola and several others.”

http://www.adrianchilders.com/american-manufacturing-jobs/

This article says it all in one sentence.

“The worst part of American workers essentially being stupider, slower and lazier than our counterparts in foreign countries is that the entire supply chain for most finished products is now on the other side of the world.”

It’s not just Apple, most tech companies do the same. Are we to slap tariffs on all of them? We have to change our government, schools, and tax practices before these companies build here.

The next big thing, will be the resizable tablet....imagine a device that could be the size of an iPad Mini, but could easily expand to the size of a regular iPad or even larger, if you want to watch videos on it.

File for a patent on it! Just kidding, others probably have. What with all the work on flexible screen technology, this will be in stores in a few years. Remember "Red Planet" with Val Kilmer? They used tablet screens that rolled out of tubes held in their hands. When done, the flexible screen rolls back into the tube. You can make the screen as wide as you wish.

Couldn’t possibly be tons of individuals with long-term holdings rushing to sell before the capital gains tax rates go up next year, could it? Nah - that would NEVER happen - Obama told us so!

How much you want to bet it is some big uber liberal like Buffet or Soros, two faced SOB's these liberals are when it come to their own money, trust me, I know....

I live square in the heart of Microsoft country and walk through my local mall almost every day.

The MSFT and Apple stores used to be about 100 feet apart.

MSFT had three times the floor space, but one third the customers.

If it weren't for kids dancing in front of the “Kinetic” software (can't recall the name), almost no one would be there at all.

Gates and Ballmer live less than 2 miles away.

That has to be so humiliating.

“I am still amazed that there is no outrage by the MSM and progressives that most of Apple products are made overseas. Where’s the union protests? Where’s the progressive indignation? Why is the Food Stamp President not slapping tariffs on Apple products? Where is the MSM questioning the Chineese paying slave wages for Apple production workers?”

Apple is a politically-correct product that all of the folks in the media use, and show off to their pals that they are the first to get.

They also buy all the right Democrats. the latter, of course, being by far the most important. Welcome to our brave, new, world.
