I think most of this is for implant devices, not portable equipment.

Dude, it is not equipment that can be rented.

It is pacemakers and replacement hips and keen-joints; it is stents, and artificial heart-valves; it is the stainless steel screws in shattered bones and the prosthetic limbs provided to injured soldiers.

It probably even includes the Norplants® and IUDs the liberal slunts need us to pay for so badly...
