To: what's up

My understanding was that this was to force a recount based on irregularities and not the .5% auto recount. (then the cost would not be charged to West)

The judge mentioned appeal and seemed to lecture the Supervisor of Elections on the duty of the office.

Well the way now is to pay for the total recount, not the partial of early voting that was requested, and where the big change came election night. ( campaign funds can not be used, be sure to give to recount solicitations if it goes forward)

We need to hear from the group meeting at the Board of elections NOW.

This was not the automatic recount because West hasn't reached the .5 yet. Likely the recount would be triggered if all early ballots were counted (which obviously is what the fracas is about).

From what I understand the Judge's hands are tied for the time being. It's up to the Supervisor to decide what should be tabulated before certification.

However, I think that once the vote is certified, West can again bring the challenge to the court and the court can then rule.
