Quitman 10 saga takes another twist as DA Joe Mulholland quietly punts case

During the spring of 2011, the Justice Department was reviewing the Brooks County case and hadn't forwarded a response in regard to whether the federal government wanted to go forward.

If President Obama is re-elected and Eric Holder remains as the Attorney General, there is a stronger likelihood that a sturdier response along with more questions will be forwarded to J. David Miller, Jo Ann Collins (the former elections supervisor/Probatre judge) assistant DA Brad Shealy about their own involvement.
