THE BLAZE: The St. Lucie County Canvassing Board has ordered the retabulation of all early votes in the highly contested congressional race between Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) and Democrat Patrick Murphy, according to Jeffrey Scott Shapiro, a volunteer lawyer for the West campaign. The board voted 2-1 in favor of recounting the votes.

“This retabulation of all early votes as the Supervisor of Elections originally planned is a victory for democracy,” Shapiro told TheBlaze. “This restores some level of trust and public confidence in the system… it was the right thing to do.”

Election officials will begin retabulating the roughly 20,000 additional early votes at 9 a.m. on Saturday, he said.

West needs to gain just 249 votes in those 20,000 ballots to trigger a statutory recount under state law, Shapiro told TheBlaze. West gained 535 votes in the initial recount of 16,275 ballots. Both candidates combined lost 800 votes, however, 80 percent of the decrease was owned by Murphy.

This is beyond preposterous! They find a box of uncounted ballots sitting in the office of the head election supervisor and they have to "grant" West's "request?"

The friggin' election should be null and void and a recount should take place of the whole thing! I do not understand an apathetic public who would allow the state to get away with these criminal proceedings.

Votes are being counted at 9 this morning.

Murphy's lawyers are trying to find a judge who will stop the recount of early votes.

Yesterday the same lawyers argued that the judge could not order the recount.

In other news Murphy is in Washington strapping himself to a pillar at the Capitol.

I believe if this retabulation of the early votes in St. Lucie gets the race within the .005% range then it will require a recount district wide which would invole the other two counties, Palm Beach and Martin.

Contact the Secretary of State of the state in question. (See contact information below. Please provide others in COMMENTS.)

Send them the press clippings, or personal testimonials of clear vote fraud witnessed. (Statistical aberrations are helpful too like a historical 50% turnout in 2004, 2008 but a 90% turnout in a specific precinct despite an overall LOWER state turnout.)

Demand a public recount AND investigation, with a commitment to fight to replace THEM in the next election if they do not do so.

Email/Phone/Visit EVERY WEEK if not EVERY DAY. This will take weeks of steady pressure to get them to move.
Get your friends and neighbors to do the same.
Contact the OTHER 4 states to do the same as above.
Contact the Governor and the local GOP office with the SAME pressure.

If you are in those states (or know people who are) start attempting to find OTHERS with evidence of fraud. See if you can identify the precinct judges where the statistical aberations occur to pass along to the True the Vote which is set up to sue these entities with Judicial Watch.

Try to visit (or call) your local representative asking for their help to put pressure on. It doesn’t hurt that if they don’t or won’t you make it your goal to find and fund a challenger to them for allow open and honest elections – the fabric of freedom in this country – to not only go unchallenged, but to institutionalized.

Help us find, fund or coordinate willing lawyers, statisticians, pollsters and activists.

I can not reiterate enough that if this is NOT CHALLENGED NOW, we will could loose the House of Representatives in 2014 and possibly every election forward to massive voter fraud. Imagine Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi reenacting the first two years of Obama’s reign with more Stimulus, Cash for Cars, Solyndra’s and ObamaCare’s.

This is evidence of what I consider to be the simplest , most widespread and effective cheating method .. simply put a batch of ballots that you noticed are going “your” way back in the hopper and count them again..

He can do that after the votes are certified at noon tomorrow.

In the meantime he got almost what he wanted when the Canvassing Board last night voted 2-1 to recount 20,000 of the 37,000 early votes that had not been counted.

If the result of that recount puts the candidates within .05% of each other then there will be an automatic recount by state law of all votes that will include Martin and Palm Beach Counties as well, including the 304 ballots that Gerty had tucked away in her office closet.
