Wait until they can’t get a twinkie after they use their drugs.
These food fadders are probably into the OMG diet or the alkaline diet fads. The need to eat lots of nuts. As they say, “you are what you eat.”
I think Obama has been eating too many Ding-Dongs. It has been reflected in his economic policies since he got into office.
Tax the business owners and put the workers out of work. Something is wrong with this scenario.
Drakes is better.
Hostess owned Drakes.
I hope they all choke on their Tiramisu.
I’m pretty sure that if more states had legalized marijuana, Twinkies could have been saved. /s
But Hostess and Drakes were longtime rivals, and I agree.
Haven’t actually eating any in over 30 years, but Drakes Funny Bones, Swiss Rolls, and mini coffee cakes were my favorites of the genre.
It seems to me that the bakers got greedy. They made their bed. I don’t think that conservatives should feel sorry for these folks. What next? Dairy delivery people striking. We need to stop the striking. Reagan did it and I don’t remember conservatives being upset about it.
I do, however, have a weakness for the mini powdered donuts, but I don't eat them often. My husband, on the other hand, is very upset to be losing the orange cupcakes (blech). My pregnant daughter has had major Funny Bone cravings throughout her pregnancy, so I really feel worst for her.
I heard that Drakes was bought out by hostess and the products suffered. Too bad, devil dogs and ring dings were the best.
I haven’t had a Hostess or Drake’s product for over 30 years (since high school). A bit I had them with friends as a younger kid, but mostly they were the only nonlunch food available in my high school cafeteria.
Sorry to hear that about the Funny Bones going downhill, they were the only ones bought by my family—and it was my siblings at that.
Snowballs, Twinkies, etc., always seemed a bit metallic somehow, both in the cake and in the cream filling.
