Skip to comments.Video: Sophisticated Hamas Underground Missile Launchers

The sophisticated underground rocket launcher system in Gaza has been exposed by the terrorist organization in a video it released Saturday.
The video indicates the amount of effort and money that Hamas invested in its anti-Israel military infrastructure that is partly financed by foreign aid and transfers by Israel of taxes collected on behalf of the Ramallah-based Palestinian Authority, which funnels part of the funds to Hamas.
The Israeli Air Force has knocked out a number of the underground sites, but it is not known how many remain.
Hamas has copied the Hizbullah tactic used in the 2006 Second Lebanon War, when Israeli intelligence was surprised by the use of underground bunkers and tunnels against the army.

Some of them have been shot down, a few anyways
(i)slam is just about as useless as socialism and in the long run produces nothing but despair and dependency and eventually will fail. But apparently humanity has to go through these endless cycles of trials and errors ending in failures until eventually the realization set in to try something different, as only fools will try the same thing over and over and expect different results.
Would make nice hover car race tracks, or wind surfing areas.
Agreed. After all, that was Hussein Obama’s intent...
Just for reference, everything in that video was available in 1918. Goddard’s tube-launched rockets (the Bazooka), the high-explosive warheads, the electrically-opened rocket-pad doors, even the firing controls.
Everything. Heck, even the color filming of the rocket launches was available in 1918.
A century ago.
The range and explosive power of those rockets is considerably **less** than the German Big-Bertha artillery of 1918, too.
Not by any 1st world standard in the past 100+ years.
Israel should drive everyone from Gaza into the Sinai.
Spray the whole damn place with some chemical agent that is very long lasting. Something that makes you so sick you long for the release of death. An agent that makes you feel horrible but does not actually cause physical harm.
Perhaps something that causes powerful diarrhea and nausea.
It’d be hard to be a raging jihadist if you had a huge pantload of ick with you all the time :-)
Truthfully, would they know the difference?
Lol, you have a point :-)
You mean you didn’t know why Chris Stevens was whacked ?
By golly, I haven’t heard Robert Goddard’s name mentioned in forever !
Quite an inventor.
not permitted by the entire globe
But it’s ok for Assad to murder his people. What a world.
The world's doube-standard is deafening. Where were all the Liberals from 2001-2012 when Israel was getting bombed on a daily basis?
Now that Israel is trying to remove a murderous threat to her population centers it's no, no, no - be “proportional” in your attacks.
A mere 10% wouldn't be enough to put a stop to the launches.
Perhaps not, but 10% each time so much as a firework leaves the ground and even a rabble as stupid as a these so called “palestinians” would figure out something else to do to occupy their time.
And if not, the situation would correct itself eventually.
Regardless, doesn't it make one proud that at least some of the money Congress borrows to give to these people ends up, at the very least, in props rather than in the Swiss bank accounts of Hamas leadership.
Wonder who gets those "ones and zeros" in Zurich after a Hamas leader gets smoked by an air launched missile?
“Spray the whole damn place with some chemical agent that is very long lasting. Something that makes you so sick you long for the release of death. An agent that makes you feel horrible but does not actually cause physical harm.”
Hearing obama speak does that for me. Maybe they can bottle it?
You and me both. Kill them when one rocket heads to Israel.
The use of radar is the principle device that makes counterbattery fire possible. Unfortunately, the Pally’s use of launching sites that are next to schools and baby milk factories causes the Israelis to hesitate before firing back.
