I thought ALL military people got in trouble for cheating!! WHy not her??

The General she did it with is the superior officer.

He bears the responsibility in this situation to know what he did was against the UCMJ.

If he had sex with her in Iraq or Afganistan he violated General order number 1. The same order used to prosecute countless soldiers under his command. He will skate. She will become the scapegoat. Seen it all before.

That used to be the case. On overseas assignments whole families were shipped back within 24 hours. To different posts, I might add.
