I fail to become properly outraged that Texas allows it’s officers to fire of fleeing suspects from aircraft. It might be the only “Mexican Border” state that does so, but I know Alaska employs helicopters in fugitive pursuits and has dispatched at least one bad guy from same.
My criticism isn’t about their allowing it to be done, it’s about their marksmanship.
