These atheist maggots have nothing to celebrate - nothing to affirm - nothing to glorify. The Nativity, the life of the Holy Family, the Crucifixion and Resurrection provide us a solid ethos and rubric for guiding our lives aright.

The atheists are akin to the ancient women in the Eliot poem - they gather fuel in vacant lots. They believe in nothing and they are nothing.

Atheists are irritated by Christianity and want to see it belittled, even though philosophy itself tells them they can’t even think themselves out of the wet paper bag of solipsism. Their game is all posturing and vitriol.
