If a government has to decide where medical money gets spent, then logical thinking would be to eliminate those who consume money hence euthanasia -- as we see in the UK NHS liverpool care system and abort to reduce people entering into "the system"
Get the government out of making such decisions about life and death -- no Medicare, no obamacare, no Welfare state.
