Mitt Romney visits Disneyland

By SARAH TULLY / The Orange County Register

Public figures usually go to Disneyland when they win.

Not Mitt Romney.

Just two weeks after losing the election, the once presidential hopeful visited the Happiest Place on Earth in Anaheim, according to reports on social media.

Suzi Brown, a Disneyland Resort spokeswoman, declined to confirm that Romney was at the parks. Disney has a policy against revealing visitors' identities.

Twitter users posted messages all day Tuesday about Romney sightings, sometimes with a political or humorous bent. One used the hashtag #TooDressedUpToHaveFun.

“Mitt Romney is at Disneyland. I'd do the same thing after I lost the election to get over my depression,” wrote TJ Gilmour, who goes by @TJGilmour on Twitter.

Romney, the Republican candidate, appeared to be with his grandchildren, possibly with a tour guide in Disney California Adventure, in pictures. One Twitter wrote that Romney waved hello. Another said he sat next to Romney.

I am shocked he didn’t take Chris Christie and John Beohner with him, they’ll be crying now...

How appropriate if he went on the “Mad Tea Party Ride.”

Romney is political toast, but it’s good to see him spending time with his grandkids.

Excellent point. He wiped out the whole GOP Primary field.

I won't say Romney's done.

However, Ann Romney has and he's done.

The one thing I like to do, and obviously Romney does too, is piss off liberals.

It simply galls their collective asses that Romney could lose, and yet go and have a good time with his family at Disneyland.

I suppose they think he should slink into obscurity and become a depressed recluse for the rest of his life. That would show how "bad" obama "whipped" him.

But for all of the claims of RINO and shapeshifter that have been hurled at Romney, I don't think he's a narrciscist, at least not to obama's level.

After all, obama's supporter were going to "burn this motherf***** down" if their guy had lost. They were going to riot, and demand recounts, and who knows what else.

With all of Romney's faults, at least he's the adult in the crowd; he still has class and a great family.

Romney knew from day one that it was possible for him to lose the election, but I didn't hear anyone threatening to riot if he didn't.

But it totally gripes the left that he is smiling and having a good time. Leftists and progressive are such tiny, small-minded people who belong in a kindergarten class of pouty kids.

Note to the MSM...Romney will be just fine, you need to be covering your messiah and the gigantic mess he's made of the economy, Benghazi, the middle east, and employment, and stop worrying about roller coasters and gas pumping.

Running again is unlikely.

But not impossible.

Romney deserves to be “talked down” by anyone who cares about this country.

Everyone with a brain, knew that while a halfway decent GOP nominee would destroy Hussien, Romney had little chance of beating him.

If Romney cared about the party or America, he would not have run. He is a descpicable liar, who has consistently ran and governed as a far left, Liberal/Socialist, then instantly transformed into a rock-ribbed conservative in 2007, just in time for the GOP primaries.

I think it is quite possible Mitt ran for the GOP nomination with the intent of keeping Hussein in office.

I see you are still celebrating Obama’s win. Heck, you have 4 more years to celebrate the gutting of MY country.

Even though Romney lost, I am still proud to have cast my vote for “love of country”.... something I don’t expect you and your kind will ever understand.

I said I voted for the turd. However, he did not do a thing to even help his case to become President which is why he did not win. Hopefully next time, you won’t vote for a liberal in the primary like Romney unless you want another democrat to win like the last two elections.

Romney offered himself to help this country, and the news media worshiping public was too foolish to take him up on it. It’s our loss, not his. He and his family will have way easier lives without trying to fix this country’s mess. They offered. The public didn’t take them up on the offer. The more I saw of Ann and the entire family the more I realized that the the image we were given of them was wildly distorted by the Obama worshiping leftists. Hillary in Israel is way more presidential right now. Can you imagine Obama over there?

Yup. Before Reagan won in 1980, he lost tough nomination fights in 1976 and 1968. Nixon lost in ‘60... You never know, and never say never.

So who was your horse in the 2012 GOP primaries?

I liked Gingrich - but I will be honest and say that I think Gingrich would have lost by a lot more than Romney and probably have pulled down the House majority with him.

You think that spreading this lie for five years is classy?

Reagan was “”adamantly prochoice””, for at least five years Romney hammered that message, now you know that he was corrected many times, but he kept doing it, Mitt despised Reagan, and left the party during the Reagan era.

How about this, is this classy?

*“My position has been the same throughout my political career, and it goes back to the days of 1970,” he said. “There was a woman who was running for political office, U.S. Senate. She took a very bold and courageous stand in 1970, and that was in a conservative state. That was that a woman should have the right to make her own choice as to whether or not to have an abortion. Her name was Lenore Romney, she was my mom. Even though she lost, she established a record of courage in that regard.”*

Is that the courage that he showed in August when he renounced the party’s pro-life platform, and reverted to his abortion on demand position?

Reagan also in between won two gubernatorial races. What has Mitt won lately? Or Santorum? Or Huckster?

Santorum but he was ripped to shreds by the Romney lovers on Free Republic. God they are still wiping their mouths. It is so revolting. They got their way and had their lover receive the nominee and he could not even beat a horrible President and that is why I will ALWAYS call Romney a LOSER!
