In the real world, portraying the smart, tough, and strong-willed Susan Rice as an “easy” target would be humorous -- except for what the president was implying: If Rice’s critics were not going after her on the merits, why were they doing so?
This was the dog whistle part, and it was both heard and heeded by Obama’s supporters in the Democratic Party and the media.

“I made clear that the information was PRELIMINARY, and that our investigations would give us the definitive answers”

In politics it has become common to "spin" a story to shade it in the direction most favorable to the spinning party.
Once it was used primarily for minor shading during election campaigns.
Later it became more common for media analysts to spin.
After that biased media and elected officials started spinning the truth.
We have now reached the point where bald faced lies are common for the commander in chief and anyone in his administration. The books are cooked on employment and other relevant national statistics and it is all considered "spin".
The information we are getting is not much better than the Russians get from their government.
Didn't somebody say something about an informed electorate being necessary to have a democracy?

IMHO, Benghazi-Coward Obama chose Susan Rice to be the perfect deflecting smokescreen for his Impeachable blunders in the Benghazi Massacre.
Susan Rice is female, Black, and above all “Had nothing to do with Benghazi.”
Why not ignore Obama’s ‘throwing Rice’ at the gullible RINOs, and call Commie Obama to testify under oath to a Congressional Committee?

We will never be able to get our freedom back unless there is someway to tie the "voters" in Federal elections to POSITIVE tax payments to the Treasury.

2. why did you claim that you ordered all personnel secured, yet you were watching real time the heinous murders happening at Benghazi but did not act to help the Americans in distress?
