Yeah, I understand the frustrations of these guys, but I can also understand Bibi’s situation. If he had invaded Gaza (might still happen, we’ll see how long this ceasefire lasts), Egypt would have been a genuine concern in the years to come. He has enough to worry about with Iran.
I think this conflict may have just been a test of the Iron Dome the more I look at it. It works great, and if an attack on Iran happens, Israel will invade Gaza preemptively, so it will have to deal with rocket attacks there and then.

Were the rumors about Obama’s Sinai troop deployment deal true?

It’s just buying time and putting out the Iranian fire first. Morsi gets to complete his take over of Egypt and Israel gets to attack the Shia. The Sunni will get their guns pointed in the right direction eventually. It’s a strategic blunder and typical of the Obama/Clinton/Carter foreign policy.

But now it appears that the Egyptians have their own problems to worry about. Seems as though, some of those folks aren’t really liking the MB running their country.
