Cry me a river. Why should my Georgia tax dollars be used to pay for a boardwalk in New Jersey?

No other state's tax dollars will ever be sent to NJ. That's the irony of it all: Every year, NJ taxpayers pay far more to the federal gov't than the state itself receives in return. Because the higher income earners live here. NJ tax dollars have always been redistributed to other states, not vice versa. (See Tax Foundation
So, in order to get the money to send to New Jersey, the federal gov't essentially takes it from... New Jersey, I guess. NJ should skip the middle man.
