WASHINGTON When Tea Party activists swamped town hall-style meetings about health care in the summer of 2009, President Obamas army of campaign volunteers largely stayed away, seemingly less interested in fighting for legislation than they had been in electing the nations first African-American president.
Now, Mr. Obama is seizing a second chance to keep his election-year supporters animated.
With lawmakers scheduled to return to work on Monday to begin intense discussions before a looming fiscal deadline, Mr. Obamas aides are trying to harness the passions that returned him to the White House, hoping to pressure Republicans in Congress to accept tax increases on the wealthy. The presidents strategists are turning first to the millions of e-mail addresses assembled by the campaign and the White House.
The president is planning rallies in influential states to remind supporters of the need to keep the pressure on lawmakers during the fiscal talks. And should negotiations break down, Mr. Obamas team is arranging for Republican lawmakers to hear from of tens of thousands of riled-up activists through angry Twitter posts, e-mails and Facebook messages.

The only ones they'll have a prayer of turning are 0bama's dead voters and those who never existed (due to electronic voting machines). All the others want their "free stuff"!
Fraudulent voting returned The First Dictator to power. The Obamedia is trying to cover this election BS with lame stories such as this.
Ok, so we COUNTER ATTACK.
F U B O !
Obamugabe pulled 51% of the vote, and I am pretty damn sure MOST of those votes were not ones of enthusiastic support.
So good luck with that, commie.
I'd stand aside and let the 'rats jump into the abyss beyond the fiscal cliff.
We will accept a temporary tax increase on the wealthy in return for a temporary suspension of ObaMaoCare.
As soon as the economy improves to certain milestones which Obama has to define in advance, then the temporary tax is repealed, ObaMaoCare is once more instituted and all government officials, from the President down to the most junior congress staffer, become subject to the same program.
