Justice Ginsburg: We Need An All-Female Supreme Court
CNSNews ^

(CNSNews.com) – Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg says there will be enough women on the Supreme Court when all nine justices are female.

“So now the perception is yes women are here to stay. And when I’m sometimes asked when will there be enough [women on the Supreme Court]? And I say when there are nine, people are shocked. But there’d been nine men, and nobody’s ever raised a question about that,” she said.

Currently there is only one. Six men. And two other/gender non-specific types.

It would be a hoot if somewhere buried in those 2700 pages of Obamacare there was short little paragraph in fine print about euthanizing old worn out supreme court justices, but in their haste to uphold it, they didn’t notice it.

Morsi told his buddy Obama to get rid of the Courts and Congress. It’s easy.

Actually, at least one person raised a question, that would be Ginsberg herself. She actually contradicts herself in the same sentence but I guess that amazing legal mind thinks it is ok.

In reality, numerous people have questioned having 9 men including most likely Ronald Reagan.

Yeah, an all (leftist) female Supreme Court would behave like a Victoria’s Secret sale riot.

Given the full court press on women, I think its safe to say that the next democrat candidate for president will be more or less female.

I keep looking for the “semi-satire” tag on these posted Leftist interviews, but, sadly, this is reality.

So for Ruth, 100% reverse discrimination is optimal.

What a brain-trust... /s

No Ken. She’s a frail old relic. She could fall and shatter at any moment. Keep her there until we have control. Otherwise you get a young Ginsberg that could be there for another 40 plus years.

But wouldn't black males be angry about that? And Hispanic males? And gay males?

I guess we need to go all the way. The progressives will never be satisfied until we have a lesbian Chief Justice with 8 lesbian wives.

Were I to judge female judges by the glittering jewels of colossal ignorance currently infecting the SC benches, I would subscribe to the muslim code of “women are most definitely inferior.”

A more complete set of female mental incompetence cannot be found.

And rest assured that NONE of those ignorant $%^*s would be found anywhere near a university class requiring actual mental talent.

However, I do know that superior females exist. I am married to one.

And she could outthink the idiot-esses on the SC whilst asleep.

Flame away, but I have a serious question.

It is related to the observation that history has not produced a great female theologian.

Can a female justice be objective and faithful to original intent of the Constitution? Can a female justice make a ruling apart from her very personal perspective and feelings?
