No Virginia, the RNC CANNOT Monitor Polls for Ballot Security
PJMedia ^ | 11-29-12 | J. Christian Adams

Posted on 11/29/2012 10:16:10 AM PST by afraidfortherepublic

Much of the conservative world seems shocked that the RNC is constrained from doing anything about voter fraud. The left wing blogosphere is laughing at everyone who didn’t know this already. To me, it’s old old news – sort of like the abolition of poll taxes. In fact, the abolition of poll taxes in 1964 is closer in time to the consent decree that the RNC entered with the DNC in 1982 than we are today distant from that same 1982 consent decree.

Simply, under the terms of the order, the RNC cannot engage in ballot security efforts to combat voter fraud.

This is part of the larger pattern of conservatives simply not understanding the way the left has manipulated the Machine. Read my piece at Front Page for more warnings about the state of play.

http://frontpagemag.com/2011/j-christian-adams/the-left-owns-the-election-law-industry/print/

To the RNC’s credit, they’ve tried to get out of it. So it is up to private citizens to make sure our polls are free from criminal conduct.

Read Adams’ 2011 article about the entrenched leftist organizations that work to keep ballot fraud in place here:

We have our work cut out for us.

Seems like the solution is to just form another conservative organization that will do the monitoring.

The agreement was with the RNC, not citizens or another organization(s).

The UN is a left wing God. The UN can never do wrong.

SO....because the UN poll watchers were shocked when they found out Americans have no voter ID, why not take the issue to the UN (use the lefts own rules against them) and demand voter ID as a human right?

Every illegal vote denies democracy to a legal voter. Considering we on the right pay for the UN (the left doesn't work or pay taxes), we should at least get something for our money.

This is BULLSHIT.

No civil consent order can vitiate the reporting and the apprehension of alleged criminal fraud.

Once the probable cause for electoral fraud is set out, then a criminal investigation ensues, regardless of whether the RNC can have supervisors and scrutineers at polls or not.

Secondly, the RNC consent order does not apply to the Tea Party. And you can bet right now that the Tea Party is ready to assume the duty that the RNC has relinquished by consent order.

The GOP is dead anyway.Let the T Party begin and have its own life. There is no better reason for it that the RNCs electoral sell out via a 1982 consent order.

Indeed! This is where True the Vote comes in. The problem is convincing the workerbees of the RNC who tend to look askance at other organizations.

You saw it, and I’m not surprised it was you who did.

They honor an agreement but don’t honor America/WeThePeople. I’d say that agreement was deliberate and probably asked for it.

Just another reason for a party for WeThePeople. What the RNC agreed to and wants to, obviously, will have no bearing on a new party.

Can’t argue with you there.

If the RNC can’t defend its own vote then it has outlived its usefulness.

The fact that they have not pushed for investigations of voter fraud, and the fact that they have reelected Boehner have told me they don’t get it and aren’t going to get it.

I’m ready for something new.

It's the article which is bullshit. The consent decree says nothing about monitoring or reporting ballot fraud.

The RNC may have an agreement, that does not include State, and County Republican organizations.

Our Republican County Chairman had poll watchers in all suspect polling places, he spent election day going from one polling place to another, he had people from the Sectretary of State office, with him in some polling places by mid afternoon.

Since the election he has been meeting with the County Supervisors, County Administrator, County Atty, County Elections, and people from the Secretary of State's office. He is not going to go away until certian things are fixed.

Waiting for the RNC to do something is like depending on the Federal Government to fix itself. Any fix must be dome at county, and state level. County, and State Chairmen who won't do anything need to be replaced with someone who will.

I’m ready for something new.

It's really scary, but the only way to reset all the damage our government has done to us is an economic collapse - even if only partially. It's the only way to starve the beasts who have been feeding off everyone else since the New Deal - that includes the politicians as well.

We can survive without big governments money, but big government can't survive without ours. If we have nothing left to give, what will the parasites do then?

People will have to relearn self regulation and accountability. Imagine a world that is self reliant - a world our founding fathers wished for us. A world where everyone does their fair share of the WORK, so no man is used as another mans slave.

A world where every man will sit under and tend to his own vine - and no man will ever be able to take it away from him again.

Can't you just imagine this was the scene with Obama and his Commie staff after stealing the election through voter fraud- while Conservatives blame Romney, argue, point fingers and try to figue out how to suck up to minorities the 'next time'?

What most refuse to acknowledge is that it was unlikely that ANYBODY could have beaten the voter fraud planned and perpetrated by the Obama machine. They seem to prefer pointing fingers, blaming Romney and blathering on about who to run in 2016 and how to suck up to the minorities.

We can not wait for 2014 and 2016 to regroup and figure out new strategies. By then it will be too late. The Marxist/Muslim usurper will have completed his planned distruction of America. That's what people fail to understand.

We must act NOW.

Start with the election. If we let the Rats get away with this massive voter fraud, we're no better than a bananna republic.

We must keep digging and pounding him every day, in every way we can- phony birth certificate, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, his hidden life, records....

Col Allen West; "I don't want to see America become like Zimbabwe where people don’t trust their electoral process. If we cannot trust the integrity of the voting system then we are no longer a free republic".

Col West has opened the door.

We must fight election fraud.

It falls on ‘We the People’.

Silence is consent

There’s overwhelming evidence of fraud.- Here

These elections are NOT certified yet. The only way to get this investigated, much less recounted or overturned, is through the Secretary of State of each of the five key states: Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. EVEN IF YOU ARE IN ANOTHER STATE you can help. But it won’t do any good to dilute our effort to challenge California or Michigan or other states. Until a major group gets involved to do more, here is the plan: Contact the Secretary of State of the state in question. See contact information below...

Seems to me the time has come to do what is done in 3rd. world countries and dip a finger in ink when voting, so no repeat voting, that would fix some of the problems, another thing must be to fix voting machines so no “default” to any one specific candidate can be made, I no longer trust the election crew to be honest
