I never doubted THAT for an instant. The problem I was attempting to describe is the pantywaist PC chain of command that won’t permit the military to do what military are supposed to do: Kill people and blow things all to %$#!

I tend to agree. Some of the most bone evil people I have seen in my life were juvenile defendants though. But five? even ten is the frontier of understanding for a smart kid. I notice these are the children of martyr fathers. Probably someone is tired of feeding and clothing them.Tragically, I worked with criminal teens and pre teens. Million different problems and a few can be rehabbed but please don't tell me I'm intolerant or callous when I believe some of the family members and yes, some of the kids should have been killed right then and there. Can't do much with folks without a conscience.
