Now yesterday's "Motion to Compel Production of Evidence from a Third Party" reads accordingly:

"Witness Eight is 18 years old and was 18 at the time according to Crump's interview of her according to her sworn statement to the prosecutor on April 2, 2012. Her unedited statement to the prosecutor was not released to the defense until September and only after repeated requests. Her age was edited out of the interview in a previous disclosure." [Pg 1, Footnote 2]

I’ve been saying from the very beginning that as soon as the election was over the Zimmerman prosecution would evaporate.

I hope Zimmerman sues CNN, ABC and Crump, Parks, and Jackson out of existence.

They owe him everything they have for maliciously destroying his life and reputation.

Being a Prosecutor of 25 years never, ever, ever is it all as simple as you think.

So, essentially, the prosecution was lying about the girl’s age to keep the defence from questioning her and finding out the real story. Is that it? They didn’t want the defense to ask what she was talking to Trayvon about and why she didn’t call the police?

Keyser Soze? Familiar sounding. Kaiser Soze. There’s more to this.

Thanks for posting

And thanks to The Conservative Treehouse for busting this case wide open

Its time for the prosecutors to drop charges

And it is time to primary out Pam Bondi and Rick Scott in 2014...who bought the Black Racist spin and pushed for a Prosecution when our local State Attorney refused to do so. No Real Conservative can vote for these people after their stupidity in believing Al Sharpton over reason and evidence

And, not forgetting Angela Corey and Richard Lester too...your respective jurisdictions will have to handle that

Seems to me there’s a whole lotta lawyers involved in this case that should be disbarred permanently, including the Crump team and the prosecutors. Shameful lot.

I wonder how much money this has cost the Zimmerman family...so far?

Unless they are very wealthy they are going to be ruined financially.

"Witness Eight is 18 years old and was 18 at the time according to Crump's interview of her according to her sworn statement . . .

Crump is a liar, but DeeDee may have been a minor on the day Martin was shot.

The article and the Motion to Compel deal with two key dates: February 26, 2012, when Martin was shot, and March 19, 2012 (on or about), when Crump interviewed DeeDee by phone in front of select witnesses and later gave a press conference.

During that press conference, Crump lied about DeeDee being sixteen (16) and lied when he said DeeDee is a minor (on March 19).

Jasmine Rand, one of Crump's law partners, said DeeDee was seventeen (17).

It's possible that DeeDee was seventeen (17) on February 26, when Martin was shot, but turned eighteen (18) before the March 19 interview.

Not very original but I think Treyvon was high on who knows what. In his stoned state of mind he felt dissed by a white man so he had a fantasy that he would play knockout king with Zimmerman and brag to his wannabee gangsta homies about it. Via cell phone photos, Facebook, who knows

OK, I have another question - Keyser Sose, I just looked up the name. It was a fictional character from a movie about drug dealers. I don’t get it. What are they talking about?

-——respect their privacy.-——

Why? They aided and abetted a miscarriage of justice. It is probable they accepted money to be part of the deal.

No privacy. They should be drug through the streets to be spat upon

It was a complete ruse . . . . it was another example of NBC's cherry bomb journalism -- it was another reason why CNN is "the most busted news source" . . . it is the reason MSM employees are mere skid marks on Journalism's shorts.

I have not read this book but it has caused quite a stir among reviewers because the book details the author's many experiences fooling the MSM into published nonsense. Ryan Holiday, Author “Trust Me, I’m Lying” (Mr. Holiday was on the Andy Dean show)

Here's a Forbes article How This Guy Lied His Way Into MSNBC, ABC News, The New York Times and More

"He used Help a Reporter Out (HARO), a free service that puts sources in touch with reporters. Basically, a reporter sends a query, and a slew of people wanting to comment on the story email back."

Apparently as long as it is what the "reporter" wants to hear.. he publishes it without checking.

"Witness Eight is 18 years old and was 18 at the time according to Crump's interview of her according to her sworn statement to the prosecutor on April 2, 2012.

That's not what the Motion to Compel Production says, and the misstatement of the Motion to Compel may lead people to believe Witness Eight was 18 years old at the time of the shooting.

What Footnote 2 to the Motion to Compel actually says is:

"Witness Eight is 18 years old and was 18 at the time of Crump's interview of her according to her sworn statement to the prosecutor on April 2, 2012.

See the difference?
